Information on shipping and payment conditions as well as on calculating delivery times
A Shipping information
We generally ship the items offered in this shop freight-free, with the exception of deliveries to the German islands, where additional fees apply, and to other countries. If you would like to ship to another country or to German islands, please send us an email (info@ismoe.de) before placing your order and state the item (including quantity) and the delivery address (including postal code and country). We will then let you know promptly whether we can ship according to your request. If delivery to the desired address is possible, we will inform you of the shipping costs, as we must first confirm the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner.
Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be done by parcel service or freight forwarding company.
The selection of the carrier is the sole responsibility of Mitteldeutsche Papier und Karton GmbH.
Please note that you must provide your email address during the ordering process so that we can notify you.
Delivery by parcel service takes place from Monday to Saturday, and by freight forwarding from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
If the goods are delivered by a freight forwarder, they will deliver them curbside. Further transport of the material is your sole responsibility.
The statutory regulations apply to returns of goods. In special cases, we can agree on goodwill arrangements.
After the return, we will check the goods for damage and you will receive a corresponding credit note.
We generally ship international shipments DAP (Incoterms 2010). Our prices include freight and insurance to the customer, as well as the preparation of export documents. All other costs are borne by the customer.
B Delivery times and notification
The processing time for your order in our house is normally one to two working days, provided the item is in stock.
The parcel service also usually takes one to two working days.
If the goods are delivered by freight forwarder as general cargo, this can take up to 4 days.
There is no guarantee that deadlines will be met.
If you would like to receive notification of delivery, this is only possible if the goods are shipped by us via a freight forwarder. Please inquire with us about this before placing your order.
The costs amount to €8 net per Avis.
C Terms of payment
For deliveries within mainland Germany we offer the following payment options:
1. Advance payment by bank transfer
Please conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, stating the intended purpose. We will send you our bank details and the transfer purpose separately via email during the order process.
Delivery of your shipment will only be initiated after the corresponding invoice amount has been received in our account, stating the intended purpose.
2. SOFORT Transfer
SOFORT Überweisung is the direct transfer method of SOFORT GmbH. With SOFORT Überweisung, you can conveniently transfer the required amount to your online banking account. You don't have to register or need a credit card. You pay easily, securely, and quickly directly with your online banking account. 3. PayPal
4. Invoice (this payment method is only available to business customers after appropriate customer login)
After receiving the invoice, please transfer the amount to be paid to our bank account within the payment period stated in the invoice.
5. Klarna
In individual cases, we reserve the right to only carry out delivery against advance payment.
